Shipping and Returns

Please take time to ensure your shipping address is up to date on your order. If you are ordering a garment as a gift and paying with money in your Paypal balance please insure you write the recipients postal address in "Notes to the Seller" section of Paypal as sometimes YOUR address will override the shipping address you provide on my website.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE IN AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping is FREE within Australia for regular postage. 

WHAT IS THE COST OF RETURN POSTAGE?

If a garment is determined by us to be faulty, IdleBird will happily cover the costs of return postage.  For all other returns, the customer must return . For further details, please read the Returns information.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

IdleBird posts to addresses in Australia using Australia Post. Packages should arrive between 5-7 business days after your order is placed. (in most cases earlier). Purchase made over a weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

If you require Express Post Delivery this is $14.80 within Australia, please ensure your postcode is in the Australia Post Express post network. Please place express post orders before 10am Australian EST for posting on the same day.

DO WE DELIVER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Yes. To ship to the USA one item is $25.00 ($AUD) and to New Zealand it is $22 ($AUD). For all other international shipping, please contact me at info@idlebird.com for a quote. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

At IdleBird we sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase. We will happily exchange or refund your purchase if there is a fault with our garment.

If you have ordered the completely wrong size, we will happily exchange for the correct size. Please contact us via email before posting back. info@idlebird.com Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

We will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:

  • the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact
  • the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • the goods are returned within 14 working days of purchase date; and
  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided

Please email us at info@idlebird.com with a photo of the fault attached (one from a phone is fine) before shipping. 

All returns must be returned to IdleBird within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. We ask that returned items be shipped via registered mail to our Australian mailing address as below:
